Delivery Details

We only deliver online purchases to UK Mainland & Northern Ireland. 

Northern Ireland deliveries are subject to additional costs as outlined below.

For International deliveries you must contact us to confirm delivery cost and timings.

UK Delivery
ACHSV Ltd has relationships with a number of parcel delivery companies and so are able to offer you an excellent delivery experience whilst maintaining a low-cost service.
Delivery is:
Next-day, or as soon as possible – as long as we, ACHSV, or the manufacturer, have the part in stock
Direct to your doorstep or
Collect from the ACHSV office

UK Mainland Delivery
Most orders over £100.00 are subject to FREE DELIVERY.
Orders under £100.00 and products from certain manufacturers are subject to a delivery cost according to the manufacturer. Please check at order check-out.

Northern Ireland
All BT Post Codes – This will be a 2-Working Day Delivery and will cost £12.50 + VAT on top of any individual item delivery charge. Please contact us before placing your order so that this can be confirmed with your order. Saturday delivery would add a further £13.00 + VAT onto the delivery charge.

Next-Day Delivery
Means Next Working Day – a working day being defined as Monday – Friday and will only happen for Orders received by ACHSV before 12.00am.
So, if you order on Friday at 11.30am, you can expect to receive your consignment on Monday.

Saturday Delivery
If you wish to have a Saturday delivery, there will be an additional charge of £12.00 + VAT per consignment.

ACHSV Returns Policy
ACHSV Ltd Customer Returns Policy
The postage on goods returned to ACHSV Ltd will NOT be refunded if the customer is at fault in ordering the goods. A further restocking charge of 15% maybe levied on goods returned that are “Non-Stock items”. Please complete and enclose the Returns Form which can be found on the links section of this website with your Returns parcel.

If your Return does not include the Returns Form your refund or exchange will be delayed whilst we obtain all the necessary information to process the return. Items returned as faulty are usually returned to our suppliers for fault validation. Sometimes it can take up to 4 weeks to get the results of these tests, so your patience will be appreciated!

Please send the item for return securely packed – ideally use the original packaging and lots of sticky tape – together with the Returns Form to:
